In this share, I offer some “whoa baby” insight I received merely because my morning routine was disrupted for a month while we traveled through Italy and then journeyed back to Bali to move into our new home. Yesterday I had my first proper tea in what felt like ages and it really made me think…

Mostly about how one small change can lead to so many more. How doing one thing differently can open us up to a whole new (unexpected) life.

I also share how we’re able to live this way without making more money than we once did back in Georgia… In fact, I make less…

And I’m excited to share our plans for 2026. Where we’ll be living, what we’ll be doing, what school will look like. Spoiler alert- it isn’t at all what we expected but feels so right. 😳😳😳

This episode is raw, real and completely unedited. The Virgo Moon in me won’t be able to listen back because lord knows I will want to re-record and polish. But my commitment to myself and the world is to show up unpolished… raw and real. What you see is genuinely what you get.

I don’t know about you, but for myself and just about everyone in my immediate circle, we’ve been experiencing the energy of having the same lesson (we thought we had graduated from, healed, grown through) show up continually.

No matter how many new tools I add, no matter how much subconscious reprogramming I do- it just keeps knocking on my door. For me, it’s the lesson of over-giving, reciprocity, worth, and value, of tying my worth to how much of myself or my time or energy I give.

But something MAJOR has shifted in me and I feel like I’m finally seeing and understanding the path to actual graduation from this specific lesson and it involves not a single tool or discipline.

I had this epiphany at my son’s birthday dinner which I talk about in the episode and my entire outlook shifted. I even think my voice has changed… let me know your thoughts. And I’m so here for it.

This episode is for anyone who is tired of the same lesson showing up over and over again- for those ready to graduate… and spoiler: it has nothing to do with more work or effort (unless it does for you, wink wink).

I find myself crying- like HARD crying during savasana in every single practice lately. At first, I thought it meant I needed to get to work, to go get a job, to start teaching again. Now I’m understanding that I’m crying because I’m watching a part of myself die to create space for the version of Self I’m becoming.

We have been conditioned into believing that we only have a few options with just about everything in this life; but in actuality anything is possible. According to physics, psychology, neuroscience, and of course mysticism, reality is a lot more fluid and boundless than many of us believe. I’ve been there- so stuck in my thinking that I genuinely believe that there is usually only one option for just about everything in my life.

Sometimes, I can see two options… but truthfully, until recently I have been so limited in my thinking. We often believe there is only this way or that way, this route or that, up or down, right or left… But truth of the Universe is possibilities are infinite. Literally anything can happen at any time.

In this episode, I blend science, mysticism, psychology, and spirituality with real life experiences, some tidbits in the world of motherhood, and unfiltered talk about the necessity of imagination… keeping it alive in our children and also how to remember and redevelop the skill as adults. It really is the key that unlocks so much magic in our lives. I’m witnessing it’s powerful firsthand in my own life right now and I honestly can’t believe I haven’t paid more respect to the importance of imagination earlier in my adult life.

In this episode, I am fresh off an argument with my beloved husband and feeling all the feels- upset and grateful, frustrated and peaceful, sad and happy, annoyed and in love ALL AT ONCE. The way we begin our mornings sets the tone for how we will experience the rest of the day. And the way we experience our days is ultimately how we experience our entire lives. It’s the first energetic imprint we make each day.

In this episode we are diving into creating a morning we’re excited to wake up for… and beyond that- creating and living a life we’re jazzed to get out of bed for. I’m wondering what will shift in our lives when we cherish waking up in the morning more than going to sleep at night. Now, don’t get me wrong, I know we’re not all morning people and that’s totally fine… sleep is so magical too… dreaming is amazing. But it is an interesting perspective to consider: do you spend your day thinking about how you can’t wait to go to sleep or do you go to sleep at night excited to wake up again tomorrow?

This is not an episode devoted to convincing you to have a rigid morning routine or to wake up at 5am to meditate. It’s not even encouraging you to be a morning person. It’s just giving some food for thought around how being excited to wake up is so beautiful and important for our overall wellbeing and how our mornings set the tone for how jazzed we will be to wake up each day.
