This is the second episode of grieving babes!

In this episode, i will share my thoughts, ideas as well as theories on grief. For me grief was very strange, unique and overwhelming. I needed to make sense of what this big and small, as well as mysterious thing called grief is. All of that i will share in this episode.I also talk about the stages of grief, one of the most famous and most criticized theories around death and grief by Kübler-Ross.

In this episode, I want to dig into what comes after the initial storm. The quiet days. The moments when everyone expects you to be "better" but you're still figuring out how to breathe. I'll share more from my journey and explore theories, thoughts and self-made experiences around grief.
