MANDY is a meditation and mindfulness studio owner and in this episode we hear about the cake that MANDY ate that changed her life forever. After suffering an allergic reaction and almost dying, MANDY took up meditation as a path to recovery and to help her cope with the stresses of the corporate world.

DOUG born in Melbourne lived and worked in investment banking in London and New York, ran marathons to offset the party lifestyle and in 2013 had the diagnose of a brain tumour that changed everything. Now DOUG spends his time running adventure marathons competitively, teaching Kundalini yoga and working in drug rehabilitation.
