GrindWorks BMX Podcast 018:

I was happy to be able to get some time with long-time friend Derek Nelson and asked his brother Andy to sit in with us as well. Like most of the time with both of them, we ended up just loosely chatting and joking around in Andy's living room. This is the second episode recorded using the portable recording setup.

While visiting family up in Binghamton, NY I was able to link up with GrindWorks OG and co-founder, Cameron Turan. We hung out in his garage and chatted for a while, all while trying out the new portable setup for recording podcasts.

BMX legend and Pittsburgh local, Chris Doyle, was kind enough to stop by and hang out for a bit. We talked about BMX podcasts, including his own Palaver podcast; how he ended up living in Pittsburgh; and drops some big news about his family and future. This episode was recorded 2 months ago and intentionally delayed, as it was originally slated to be episode 014.

GrindWorks BMX Podcast 012:

Brad Gibbs is a name that rings synonymous with Pittsburgh BMX and Pittsburgh street riding. He's been wanting to do one of these podcasts pretty much since the beginning and we definitely should have had him on sooner. We talked about quite a bit during this episode, including Brad needing a hook up on some wheels (hint hint!). Sit back and check out: Brad Gibbs!

GrindWorks BMX Podcast 010:

For this episode, I sat down with a small crew from Portland, Maine that came through the Pittsburgh area and crashed at the apartment. I've met Josiah Webber a few times in the past, and Byron Dill and Bryon Farley for the first time on this trip of theirs.

This is the first podcast with multiple guests on at once. I'm curious to see what you guys think of this dynamic and whether we should stick to one-on-one podcasts for the foreseeable future, or play more with multiple people. This episode also sticks with the separate "intro" and "outro" and will now be a mainstay in the podcast as well. Feel free to drop a comment with suggestions for us.
