Learning to use fear as a good thing versus letting it hold us back!

For a productive flow for all of you who work from home. It’s not always easy. It can sometimes goes through seasons. I share some habits and rituals I do to keep me flowing.

Many Times when I feel afraid to do something I freeze. Other times, I do it afraid. This intro is no exception. I look forward to growing in this space with you all and being Up to something bigger than myself!!!!
