Happy Monday Lovely Listeners! We are wrapping up the topic of Grit with this last episode of January 2023!  This is a solo-episode (which I love) filled with plenty of factual tidbits and inspiring stories about gritty people and the cultures they promote.  There are also a few personal stories about me and how far I've come on my grit-growing journey.  I hope that this episode gives you a good dose of optimism and hope to start your week with actionable ways to grow your grit.
