Warming up for the Hot 8 in Manchester at the Albert Hall on Saturday night - not the actual set as it didn't record! So I redid it. Thanks to Band On The Wall and Albert Hall and Manchester Jazz Festival. Big up Hot 8 all day long!

Music from Mestizo, Louis Armstrong, Jay Electronica, Allen Toussaint, DJ Jubilee and many more.

All new music for this month's Groovement show, kicking off with a Lover's Rock flex from MELONYX on the Joe Buddha-produced At The Door. Manchester's repped by J.Chambers and BROOMMAN while our old friend Mecca:83 remixes Vice Beats' recent killer single, Connected.

We're very lucky this episode to have LA producer Mo Serious guide us through his latest EP, The Dark Light. A long time associate of MCR'S Left & Right crew and producer TURNA in particular, Mo's well-known for reworks but this is his second collection of original material.
