I share a story of shielding others in mortal danger in tandem with others. Our innate ability to use this frequency and add assistance to all violent or chaotic situations, be it war, weather, or civil unrest. It allows faster processing towards the highest good by shielding innocents in cooperation, minimizing loss of life but not bypassing the growth. There will be many events this year which can make us feel powerless but we're not. Not quite superheroes yet either but we get closer every day. I love you all. If you have any questions DM or email. This song by Nigre Frank is Your Body Correct. It's about me. I mused him. Go listen to his other songs. It feels good to be able to listen and just be happy and enjoy it. Not sad. If you like it please buy his EP. Your purchase goes a lot farther in Nigeria.

LOOK, I READ CARDS! A positive energy reading with some advice about the mass awakening happening, using your control panel to manage the increased traffic on the crystalline grid, and a reminder to get up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. Every day is a new opportunity for change. 🧚‍♀️🧡🔮

If you are or have ever been at or below the poverty line I probably don't need to explain to you what I'm talking about. Even if you never have there may be other ways shame & guilt was placed on you as a child. I recently had an old wound I didn't even know was lurking in my depths ripped open. (I'm about to use unacceptable words because it's how I was painted so don't come at me.) From birth I was a poor, crippled, trailer trash, orphan with a teen mother in 1969. This followed me into young adulthood and I worked myself to the point of burnout at 33 to climb my way out of the crabs in a bucket. I forgot to feel it and release it. I forgot every time I was othered, excluded, judged, mocked or avoided. In one harsh moment it allllllllll came out. I hope you feel some release and validation. As always I love you all and if you ever need a friend you know where my DMs are! 🧚‍♀️🧡🔮 linktr.ee.com/groovinggoddess www.patreon.com/groovinggoddess

CW/TW In this vulnerable and raw episode Dana of Caught in Time podcast and I share and discuss women's Healthcare, miscarriage, abortion and the abuse, domestic violence and substance use disorder that was part of our experiences. The polarized and inflammatory issue of abortion has a whole spectrum of gray in the middle and most women have an experience in that zone. Our sovereignty over our own bodies and healthcare is under attack. In order to navigate this we need more honest discussion and portrayal without the stereotypes and extreme opinions in either direction. You can find Dana at @ishtarsreturn on IG. CW: suicidal ideation, trauma, abuse, drug use, human trafficking. Parenthood, especially those first few years, can activate old wounds, bring on postpartum depression and it's all compounded by the overwhelming and unreasonable quagmire that is modern mother(parent)hood. My friend and peer counselor Heather shares her personal story, the breakthrough she has experienced with MDMA, and ways to cope with the stress of the modern parenting load while we heal our old wounds that affect our present. I'm so grateful to my friend for sharing her story. If you need help and would like to get in touch with Heather you can DM me and she will contact you. She must remain anonymous due to legality.
