Abu Nadrah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said during the days after the pilgrimage, “O people, your Lord is one and your father (Adam) is one. Verily there is no superiority of an Arab over a non-Arab, nor of a non-Arab over an Arab, nor of a red (white) person over a black person, nor black person over a red (white) person, except in terms of Taqwa (God consciousness). Have I conveyed the message?” They said, “The Messenger of Allah has conveyed the message.”

"A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a losers."

It is narrated on the authority of Amir al-Mu'minin (Leader of the Believers), Abu Hafs 'Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), say

"Actions are according to intentions, and every person will get what they intended. Whoever migrates with an intention for Allah and His Messenger, the migration will be for the sake of Allah and His Messenger. And whoever migrates for worldly gain or to marry a woman, then his migration will be for the sake of whatever he migrated for."
