What do you do when you did everything “right”… and the dream still didn’t happen?
Not because you quit.
Not because you weren’t disciplined.
Not because you didn’t believe hard enough.
You planned.
You prepared.
You asked for help.
You stayed consistent.
You showed up long after motivation disappeared.
And it still didn’t work.
In this episode, I’m talking about a kind of grief we don’t discuss nearly enough: the grief of unmet dreams that weren’t failures of character—they simply never became reality.
I’ll share pieces of my own story: wanting to play volleyball in college, dreaming of a full-ride scholarship, imagining a completely different adulthood, planning to become a business owner before becoming a mother, and watching COVID quietly erase the future I thought I was building.
This isn’t an episode about silver linings or “everything happens for a reason.”
It’s about telling the truth.
Because sometimes the most healing thing isn’t finding the lesson.
Sometimes it’s finally admitting that something mattered.

It’s been a threefold sense of synchronicity that has led to this conversation around the particular narrative around young, black and brown girls and neurodivergency.
I’ve had new habits and senses of awareness come forth during this time, and I’m so excited to share it with you. I hope you can hear my voice!
That wraps up Season 1 of the podcast!

Low-Spoons Studio System for Moms Who Create
If you’re a mom who creates and you’re tired of feeling like you need a three-hour CEO morning, a silent house, childcare, outsourcing, and endless energy just to make anything meaningful, this episode is for you.
In this nervous-system-first conversation on Grounded & In Full Color, I’m breaking down why traditional creator advice fails so many mothers and what to use instead: a low-spoons studio system that helps you capture ideas, contain them, and create in small, sustainable ways inside real life. We talk about content creation with kids at home, creative work for neurodivergent moms, low-capacity workflows, creative consistency, time fragmentation, sensory overload, decision fatigue, visibility fear, and how to tell whether you’re actually creating value or just delaying visibility.
This episode is for the mom who wants to write, record, build, publish, and create in a way that supports sovereignty, ownership, financial autonomy, and economic independence—without burning herself out trying to copy someone else’s routine.

Late Autism Self-Recognition After Motherhood
If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re actually failing at life—or whether your brain might just work differently—this episode is for you. In this deeply personal story episode, I share how my late autism self-recognition unfolded, why motherhood amplified patterns I had explained away for years, and how my husband noticed the pattern before I was ready to see it myself. We talk about high-masking womanhood, sensory overwhelm, executive dysfunction, shutdown, burnout, strong internal logic, and the grief-and-relief of realizing your struggles may not have been character flaws after all. This is not a diagnosis episode; it’s a pattern-recognition episode for women, especially mothers, who are starting to wonder whether there’s more to their story than “I’m too much,” “I’m lazy,” or “I just need to try harder.”
For anyone searching for language around late diagnosed autism, autism in women, female autism, autistic motherhood, masking and camouflaging, sensory overload, time blindness, executive dysfunction, burnout cycles, shutdowns, and self-recognition after years of self-blame, this episode offers a gentle, honest doorway in. It speaks to the lived experience of an autistic mom whose motherhood journey made long-standing patterns impossible to ignore, and it explores what happens when late autism self-recognition reframes past failures, relationships, routines, jobs, and shame through a more truthful, compassionate lens.

And Then It Finally Clicked: You’re Not Failing, Your Life Just Doesn’t Fit Your Brain Yet
What if the reason life feels harder than it “should” isn’t because you’re lazy, broken, or bad at follow-through… but because you’ve been trying to force yourself into systems that were never built for your brain in the first place?
In this episode on Grounded & In Full Color, we’re talking about the powerful shift that happens when you stop treating your struggles like character flaws and start seeing them for what they really are: data points. The routines you can’t stick to, the plans that fall apart, the habits that never seem to last? They might not be proof that something is wrong with you. They might actually be clues.
If you’ve been craving more self-compassion, a gentler way to think about personal growth, or real insight into the connection between burnout, overwhelm, and your unique wiring, press play. This might be the moment it finally clicks.
This conversation touches on the kinds of ideas neurodivergent moms are already searching for — mindset shift, self-compassion, burnout recovery, personal growth tips, productivity that works for your brain, emotional resilience, nervous system awareness, and building a life that feels more sustainable and aligned.
