Grounding affirmations can help us feel more stable and in control of our environment and situations.  We always have a choice to make whether we want to or not.  Sometimes we get stuck choosing only what we've always known and so the same mistakes keep happening.  There was a time where I felt like I was "floating" through.  On autopilot and up in the air.  It is easy to get caught up in what we have going on in our experience but taking the time to listen to our bodies, connect to nature, and Life is extremely important if we want inner peace and to learn to live stress-free.
