EVERYTHING seems to have a measurable electrical charge. You, animals, rocks, trees, & THE EARTH.

The earth’s surface has a virtually limitless supply of mobile electrons that gives the ground we walk on (as well as lakes and oceans) a natural negative electric charge. When you touch your body to the ground, it dissipates static electricity and extraneous environmental electrical charges that are on you. At the same time, you receive a charge of energy in the form of free electrons and your body synchronizes with the natural frequencies of the earth.

The earth gives to everything in contact with it. Except non-conductive materials. Like rubber, on your shoes. Buildings we live & work in. In so many ways we are cut off from the healing factors of the earth.

We are surrounded by toxicity. In our foods, water, air, medications, EMF’s, etc. Which causes chronic inflammation, stagnate blood flow, & cause clumping. These are the causes of many diseases we believe are normal nowadays. All of these problems can be helped if not totally eliminated with grounding!

I will cover how to ground yourself. Outside...& now Indoors! Studies have been done going back to the 1960’s on this. It WORKS! So, why do Dr.s not recommend this? Why do most people not know about it, or they think its woo woo non-sense? Im sure you have a pretty good guess.
