Group Dynamics

In the 119th episode of the GreatBase Tennis podcast, Steve Smith has a conversation with his long time associate, Richard Hernandez. Their topic was group dynamics.

Richard, who is originally from Trinidad, lives in Toronto, Canada. Richard would like to see Tennis Ontario and Tennis Canada train tennis teachers to work with twenty or more beginners on one tennis court. The court is 7200 square feet and in places like the Great White North (Canada) the large indoor space requires heat and light.  Richard expresses and explains in details how the growth and welfare of tennis is in jeopardy if the up and coming tennis teachers are only educating one person at a time for the going rate of $100 per hour.
