To kick off the new year, the students of the ESSEC Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair had the honour of speaking with Robin Andreutti, a member of the Financing & Capital Markets team at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, in this new episode of ESSEC Immo Talk.
Robin Andreutti is a graduate of the ESSEC Urban and Real Estate Management Advanced Master's programme. He first joined the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Graduate Programme before moving into roles in investment, financing and, most recently, Financing & Capital Markets within the group.
During the interview, he discusses the changing landscape of shopping centres in the face of growing e-commerce and how companies like URW are developing innovative omni-channel models to meet evolving consumer demands. He also shares his insights on retail investment trends, the key factors in financing structuring, and the increasingly central role of ESG performance.
Finally, he emphasises what truly makes a difference in the real estate sector: passion, curiosity and a deep understanding of operations.
Many thanks to Robin Andreutti for taking part in the Real Estate Chair podcast and to the students for their excellent preparation and interviewing skills.
