Group Fitness Over Coffee Episode 5
This is the podcast for instructors and participants who want to want to know what’s what with Group Fitness across the world.
We're about to see a new kid on the Group Fitness block. It’s a new Group Fitness class with the intriguing, if not scary name of INSANITY.
You might have heard of Insanity before. Up until now it has only been available as a home DVD work out. I’ve got the DVD set myself and I have to agree that it is insane.
This is what Insanity creator Shaun T says about his product:
When I created the INSANITY workout, I knew it would produce insane results in 60 days, but I wasn't sure if anyone was brave enough to try it. Turns out...there are a lot of crazy people out there. Crazy enough to actually enjoy doing the world's most insanely tough workout. To like the feeling of being drenched in sweat...of going balls-to-the-wall for a full 45 minutes of muscle-searing exercise. Is INSANITY hard? Oh, yeah. It really IS the hardest workout ever put on DVD. It's totally crazy...but it's going to get you crazy-good results.
I’ve done the DVDs and they work. In fact just watching them is enough to get you fit let alone doing the exercises.
And now Insanity is set to appear on the timetable at a fitness club in the UK near you.
And I am delighted that my guest today on Group Fitness Over Coffee is one of the first UK Ambassadors for Insanity – Diana Wright.
Diana is based in Scotland and is a Les Mills instructor, Group Fitness Manager and all round fitness freak.
Listen to Diana as she talks passionately about Insanity. As she says it's set to EXPLODE in the UK.
Group Fitness Over Coffee is also now available on Stitcher.Com
