My sister, Meaghan, is a guest on the podcast again and we discuss controversial Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, one of the most brilliant business moves made by a musician, and discuss some music we started listening to in 2020.

After a hiatus from the podcast, Groupie and Harmony has returned for Season 2. After discussing the attempted coup of the Capitol Building, I discuss some updates in the music world and continue the State of Music series with metalcore music.

I neglected to discuss John Lennon after recording an episode on the 40th anniversary of day he was murdered, so I recorded one a couple days after in memory of him.  I ranked his 10 best solo songs and the 15 best songs he wrote and sang with the Beatles.

In this episode, I discuss some Album of the Year winners at the Grammys that seem to be upsets or the wrong choice now and explain why I think some of these happened as well as who I think should have won in retrospect.  I also have a new entry in the State of Music series.

A couple months ago, Rolling Stone released their updated list of 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. There were a lot of changes in it, so I discussed the Top 10. Additionally, I continued the Protest Music series and the State of Music series.

The Grammy Nominations are out and...there were a lot of surprises, to say the least.  I discuss the nominees of the major awards and others, my preliminary predictions, and notable snubs.

The Grammy Nominations will be announced tomorrow, so I have amended and finalized my predictions for the major 4 categories:  Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist.

In this episode, I introduce a new segment, The State of Music.  The first genre I discuss is K-Pop music and look at the rise in popularity in the U.S., how it reminds me of a previous musical trend, and what I think the short-term and long-term popularity future is in the U.S.  I also speculate who the reuniting artist at Aftershock will be.

I have finally reached one of the most well-known and important protest song in the Protest Music series:  "Fight the Power" by Public Enemy.  I discuss this song in depth after hitting on a few news stories and festival announcements from the last week.
