In “The Punishment and the Promise,” we return to the Garden of Eden in Genesis 3:8-25, where Adam and Eve’s disobedience leads to hiding, hardship, and separation from God. Yet even there, God promises a way back: through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we can come out of hiding and draw near to Him.

In Genesis 3:1–7, Adam and Eve’s choice to disobey God begins with doubts about His character. This message explores how the serpent leads them to question God’s Word, God’s goodness, and God’s wisdom—and how those same doubts can still pull us away from trusting God today.

In the opening message of The Four Gardens series, we look at Genesis 2:8–25, where we see God’s perfect garden, His call to obedience, and His design for marriage. We also discover what it meant for Adam and Eve to be fully known without shame. Through Jesus, we can stop trying to prove our worth and find freedom in being fully accepted by God.

Pastor Christian wraps up the Sent series with this message, drawing on Acts 16:25-40.
Paul and Silas respond to unjust imprisonment with prayer and worship, showing that how we respond to hardship can become a powerful witness to others. Their faith leads to the unexpected conversion of the Philippian jailer and reminds us that no one is beyond Jesus’ reach, and those who are in Christ remain fully accepted by God. In the end, their imprisonment becomes part of God’s greater purpose, reminding us that Jesus is still in control in the middle of the storm, not just when He brings us out of it.

In Acts 16:16–24, Paul and Silas encounter a woman enslaved by a dark spiritual power and discover that setting someone free can come at a cost. Pastor Christian continues our Sent series by exploring a dark power, an unequal fight, and a costly war. We’ll look at the reality of spiritual opposition, the authority and victory we have through Jesus, and how we can remain faithful when following Him leads us into hardship.
