Today my beautiful guest is Natalia Tabilo, who is a body Positive yoga teacher, journalist and founder of Yoga for all bodies.
I don't know about you, but when I first thought about sharing my yoga practice online, I was met with so much fear and anxiety. Because my body isn't perfect and I definitely had so many issues around my body image and that my body didn't seem to do what I saw online when I googled yoga. When I started out I also never wanted to use any props, because I thought of that as cheating! And I know I'm definitely not alone in this.
Throughout my journey, so often, I would hear someone say that they cant do yoga, because they're not flexible enough, or not fit enough or whatever!
That's why I'm so excited to introduce you to today's guest, who is out there to share this message that
you don't have to be thin, strong, young, or flexible to live and own your practice!
In today's episode we talk about:
You can find Natalia on her Instagram @yogaforallbodies, or check out her website at www.yogaforallbodies.com where you can find more info on masterclasses and trainings, yoga tips and her video podcast.

Ayurveda, which translated means the “science of life”, is an ancient system of healing from India. According to Ayurveda, our well-being is related to the balance between the body, mind, and spirit as well as our relationship to the external environment. Ayurveda believes that the five elements form everything from the taste of food to the changing seasons to our unique individual constitution. These five elements also combine together to form three different vital bio energies called Doshas, which then informs our individual physical, emotional, and mental characteristics.
In today's episode all about Ayurveda, I chat to a Ayurveda certified yoga teacher Yve from @yve_yoga, to hear more about how the teachings of Ayurveda can help us find balance in our lives and we discuss the different types of dosha and what my Ayurveda profiling can tell me.
You can find Yve on Instagram @yve_yoga or check out her websites where she offers yoga classes, Ayurveda profiling and much more.

"Your voice is the audible expression of who you are" - but today, it's not just about how you speak to the world outside, but how you speak to yourself as well. I'm so excited to introduce you to Today's guest - Kirbanu, who is an Australian musician, voice trainer and empowerment coach based in Germany, helping people (and also yoga teachers) connect to their deep self and express their voices freely. She not only has an instagram (where I first found and started stalking her story) but she also shares tons of knowledge and advice on YouTube, has her very own podcast called "Express your SELF" and she also offers various online courses and workshops, all aimed at removing any obstacles to your deepest self-love and most authentic expression. Today we talk about her journey to coming to and really teaching that you are your whole voice, how the way you use your mechanical voice can change, we talk about blockages, how this relates to the yogic chakras, improving your self talk and how you use your inner voice and a bit more about how she came to teach yoga teachers.
