In this episode of Catholics on Campus, we will meet Jacob Lombardo. He's a senior at the University of Central Florida, majoring in political science.

Earlier this fall, Jacob attended a workshop that I facilitated where he learned the results of his Working Genius assessment.

In this episode, we discuss how Jacob's results have given him new insights into his contributions to a team and his role as a leader, through his personal geniuses, competencies, and frustrations.
