Hey Tribe! Please forgive me for such a long and anticipated pod episode. Life has been life'n in every single area of my life which has knocked me down. But as Cardi says, "Knock me down 9 times but I get up 10," and chileeeee this has been my mantra these past few weeks.
Here is an impromptu episode where you get to hear what's been going on in my life and how despite how hard life gets, God truly has been working ensuring I stay in the game of life.
Till next time, let's grow through the journey together ❤️
Hey Tribe 🪴
It's been a minute and I apologize. Life took a turn most unexpectedly and difficultly for me causing me to take a step back and grieve as needed. I appreciate your patience, kindness, and warm condolences as I navigate through this time.
In today's episode I provide updates on life along with honoring that May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I go into detail on what high-functioning depression is, what the signs are associated with HFD, and resources to help you or someone you know who may be navigating this.
I love you all dearly and know GTTJ is a safe space. Always ❤️

My oh my! Time has flown and it is NOT ok. I am so sorry this episode is nearly a month late. When I tell you all life has been doing many big ones I am not exaggerating. In today's episode, I am catching The Tribe on why this episode is as late as it is along with a very much-needed self-check to get back on track. I pray that you receive this message well and do know Eriana is getting it together!
Happy [Almost] Quarter 2 Tribe!!!
Time to grow through the journey yet again and this time we are discussing thriving through the journey and releasing the idea we have to always struggle through the journey. Absolutely not! In today's episode, Thriving Through The Journey, Eriana discusses the revelation she received in March about releasing the idea that struggle has to always be part of her story, how she is thriving during this season of her life, and why it's important to know you can too. This episode discusses:
• Why do we believe struggle has to stay?
• The importance of doing what makes you happy
• You don't have to always struggle, you can sit in seasons of thriving
• Life updates with Eriana and how life has been bringing blessings from right to left
• It's ok to change what you're doing and what you want if it makes you happy
With the last week of March, I pray that you take the time to reflect after hearing this episode and set your intentions on how you would like Q2 to go for you and beyond.
Until then, let's grow through the journey together 🪴

This was the hardest episode I've recorded to date. If I'm being honest, I didn't want to record this episode at all... But, God. So I pray that you listen mindfully and know that this episode is purely an episode from my heart. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Time to grow through the journey yet again and this time we are discussing fear and getting out of our way in becoming who we believe ourselves to be in totality. In today's episode, Do It Afraid, Eriana discusses how while things may be scary and uncomfortable, we must do the things placed on our hearts, even when we are afraid. This episode discusses:

Time to grow through the journey yet again! In today's episode, Eriana explores a part of the journey that isn't discussed as much as she would like and that's experiencing joy and fun through the journey. So often, we may be working on ourselves in the sense of self-improvement, self-help, unlearning toxic habits, learning healthy habits, addressing trauma, and all the things. While these things are AMAZING, they are also not all that entails our journey.
Joy and fun deserve just as much attention as the other parts of our journey and that's what we are going to dive into today. Ask yourself the following questions, "What do I want for myself?" and "How do I want to have fun?" Journal it down, talk it over with someone, and reflect on it. Do what you need to do. Our life is so much more than work. It also is about living, playing, having fun, and experiencing joy. I hope that this episode gives you the spark to add more joy through your journey. You deserve it.
Until then, let's grow through the journey together 💚

And we're back for episode 2!!! Wow. This is still unreal however I'm so grateful for you all.
In today's episode, I am discussing the thing that has had me in a TIGHT grip for as long as I can remember and that is imposter syndrome. This past week it was hitting me hard with this podcast and I did not like that at all. However, I've learned how to navigate through the negative thoughts and I am sharing it with you all.
I pray you're able to take something from this episode and I can't wait to talk to y'all in the next episode.
How did we get here on a podcast?! Let's just say Year 2023 which was also Year 25 of life for me was NOTHING that I anticipated. The quarter-century year became the hardest year of my life. Yet, when I was in the darkness, there was a light that stayed over me, and from that, GTTJ was born. This episode explores what this year was for me and how my test to testimony came to be.
