In this episode, I share a conversation I had with a friend during a recent morning we spent walking in the rain in Los Angeles. We talked about where we’re standing now — fully in our purpose, pulled by vision, and experiencing the natural evolution that comes with stepping into the spaces we’re meant to occupy.

During our conversation, she shared her love of snakes and a beautiful insight: that there’s a moment when snakes cry while shedding their skin. The larger the snake, the bigger the shedding, and the more intense the process. This became a metaphor for the pressure, discomfort, and release we experience as we shed what no longer serves us, even while fully aligned in our work and lives.

I dove deeper into the biology and symbolism of shedding... exploring the phases, the release, and the emergence that follows. This episode reflects on growth, letting go, & standing fully in your purpose while feeling the friction of becoming who you are meant to be.
