eleasing Expectations Process:1. Examining the foundation of expectations -- where/who are they stemming from? write down any expectations that exist in your life
2. Noticing the behaviors -- how do you behaviors influence the decisions you make + how you show up in the world?
3. Embody your release -- imagine (meditate, visualize) yourself free the expectations; how do you move in the world? how do you dress, where do you work?
4. Prepare for the resistance -- write down affirmations that speak truth to the transformation you have just made. whenever you notice the expectations trying to creep up, use them!
5. RELEASE! -- rip up (or safely burn) the expectations that you identified in step #1. this is the representation of the expectations no longer existing in your life.
