In today's episode, I chat with Teesha from @teesha_bhasin_ on Instagram. Teesha's story started like most of us with painful periods and being told it was normal. Teesha's mission on Instagram is to spread awareness, share positivity, speak more about mental health and just put a smile on your face. I love her positive outlook on life and just trying to look on the bright side of things.

In today's episode, I chat with Jas, founder of @endometriosis.jas and Endometriosis & Mental Health advocate. Jas's journey to diagnosis has been a hard one, with her periods starting at the young age of 11 and giving her trouble straight away, she always knew something was wrong. After finally being diagnosed at the age of 20 Jas decided to start her Instagram account to raise awareness and share her journey.

In today's episode, I chat with Nikki from Ovapower Health. Nikki is a Nutritionist (MNutr) and a Psychology graduate (BPsyHons) focusing her services towards Endometriosis management. After years of misdiagnosis and gaslighting from doctors she became an active awareness advocate on Instagram, wanting to channel the pain into something positive for the community. Nikki founded Ovapower Health in the hopes of using her prior training and personal experience to improve the nutrition, mental health, and overall quality of life of fellow Endo warriors.
