After almost three years away, Grow Your Business, Elevate Your Impact is officially back!

And since a LOT has changed, I thought the best way to kick off this new season was with a life and business update: What is Sarah up to these days?

I’m sharing where my business has taken me, why I’m bringing this podcast back, and what I’m building next—including Sagittarius Rising Media Co. and my focus on podcasting, content creation, and magnetic marketing for purpose-driven business owners.

Here are the big updates:

1. Grow Your Business, Elevate Your Impact is BACK.

New weekly episodes are coming your way covering business growth, podcasting, magnetic marketing, sales, money mindset, leadership, and creating a business and life that actually feel good.

2. Cool People Doing Cool Things isn’t going anywhere.

I’m continuing my other podcast, Cool People Doing Cool Things, while allowing the two shows to serve different purposes.

3. I’m going all-in on podcasting, content creation, and magnetic marketing.

Over the last few years, podcasting and content creation naturally became a bigger part of my work. Now, we’re building marketing ecosystems where long-form content connects with short-form video, social media, email, YouTube, websites, offers, and sales—so everything works together to grow your business.

4. I believe podcasting is one of the most powerful tools for purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

A podcast allows you to share your expertise, establish yourself as an industry leader, build trust, and create a body of work that can continue helping people for YEARS.

I recently had a new client tell me she had listened to an episode I recorded years ago. Even while I wasn’t actively recording, this podcast was still working for my business.

But it’s bigger than business growth. I believe podcasting has the potential to make the world better by giving purpose-driven people a platform to share what they know.

5. My business has officially become Sagittarius Rising Media Co.

My business has evolved from therapist and healing center owner to coach, consultant, marketer, content creator, podcast producer, and now media company founder.

Sagittarius Rising represents expansion, boldness, growth, speaking your truth, dreaming bigger, and getting your work into the world. That’s the energy behind everything we’re building.

6. Sagittarius Rising is becoming bigger than a marketing agency.

We’re building a community and movement of purpose-driven podcasters, creators, and business owners who believe in profit AND purpose.

The bigger vision is for Sagittarius Rising to become a lighthouse for meaningful content—a brand people trust to introduce them to creators, experts, and business owners doing work that matters.

7. I’m building a team—and learning to lead at a completely different level.

I’m moving from being the person who does everything to building a company where talented people can grow alongside me. I’m being incredibly intentional about creating a culture where our team, our clients, and the business can thrive together.

8. I’m doubling down on the belief that profit and purpose belong together.

You can help people AND make money. You can care deeply about your mission AND build a highly profitable business. You can grow your impact without sacrificing your own wellness or quality of life.

Because as I always say: you can’t help someone else if you’re burned out, bitter, or broke.

This new season feels like both a return and a completely new chapter.

Consciously Create Your Reality: Becoming Your Future Self Now

What if the version of you who has already created the life and business you want could help you make better decisions today?

In this episode of Grow Your Business, Elevate Your Impact, I’m sharing one of my favorite practices for consciously creating your reality: using visualization, energy, and aligned action to connect with your future self—and then beginning to embody that version of you now.

This isn’t just about visualizing something you want and waiting for it to appear. The real work happens when you ask: If I were already that version of myself, what would I do differently today?

In this episode, I talk about:

✨ Using visualization to consciously create your reality — imagining what you want to create and allowing yourself to experience how that future reality would actually feel.

✨ My “time travel” visualization practice and how I used it with my daughters while we were waiting to move into our new home.

✨ Bringing your five senses into visualization so you can more deeply connect with the emotions and experience of the reality you're imagining.

✨ My journey with student loan debt — and how visualizing the freedom I wanted helped me recognize ways I could begin creating more freedom in my life before the debt was actually gone.

✨ Manifesting the feeling behind the goal — recognizing that underneath the house, money, business, vacation, or other thing you want is often a deeper desire to feel free, abundant, confident, peaceful, or excited.

✨ Taking aligned action instead of stopping at visualization — because conscious creation isn't just about “feeling the vibes.” It's about allowing that vision to influence what you actually do next.

✨ Making decisions from your highest-self energy — from how you spend your time and money to what you say yes to, what you say no to, how you price your offers, and how you show up in your business.

✨ Making small, realistic changes instead of believing you have to completely transform your life overnight.

✨ Recognizing what no longer aligns as you begin stepping into the next version of yourself and your business.

✨ Creating a business model that supports your next level — because sometimes reaching a bigger vision requires changing your offers, structure, support, or the way you're currently working.

I also guide you through a visualization during the episode where you'll imagine yourself one year from now—wildly successful, helping more people, making more money, and creating a life and business that genuinely feel good to you.

Then we bring that version of you back into the present and ask:

What can I do differently today to begin creating that reality now?

Visualization gives you the vision. Embodiment helps you feel it. Aligned action is how you begin creating it.

Decide where you’re going. Stay curious when challenges arise. Keep learning, adjusting, and taking aligned action.
