In this episode, Natalie shares what she has learned about what it means to be successful as a woman, and why as a society, we need to change the way we view success as a woman.
The problem with the way a lot of us view success, is that it often leads to burn out eventually. Have you found yourself in a burnout cycle where you are working so hard towards your goals, only to crash and burn and feel like you’ll never reach that goal you set? Natalie talks about what you need to do differently to avoid getting stuck in this cycle.
Natalie asks, “what if we started defining success, and being successful as a woman, differently?” We often compare ourselves to other women, and even the success of men, but it’s time we stop that. The qualities that make us unique as women, are what we need to embrace and allow ourselves to be empowered.
Listen in as Natalie shares the three things you need to stop doing in order to avoid burnout in your business.

In this episode, Natalie shares the personal struggles she faced over the last year, all while growing her business.
Have you ever felt like all odds are stacking up against you, all while you are trying to build a successful business? Natalie went through all the stages of grief while dealing with several hardships, and tried to overcome it all on her own, without telling anyone. She later realized that it’s okay to need help and reach out to others so that we don’t have to struggle alone. Natalie hopes that this episode helps others to realize that you don’t have to go through difficult situations by yourself.
“If you’re going through something like this yourself, or you’ve gone through something in the past, one, I want you to know that you should feel your feelings. Suppressing your feelings is not a healthy thing, and I used to do it all the time.”
Natalie shares the strategies that helped her cope with her emotions and situation, and come back stronger than before.
If you find yourself dealing with some hardships or roadblocks in life or business, listen in as Natalie speaks about the power and healing in connecting with others.

In this episode, Natalie shares tried-and-true principles for making rejection-proof sales, getting past the no’s, and dealing with prospects that ghost you. She explains not only how to let rejection roll off your back, but also how to have more customers saying yes to your offer.
After you start getting a few sales under your belt and build your roster of clients, you’ll notice that you start to get a lot more no’s. It can get pretty overwhelming to the point that you begin to doubt yourself and your own abilities. It can even cause you to doubt our decision to start a business in the first place! And guess what all that doubt paves the way for? Even more no’s! Talk about a vicious cycle!
"As you grow in your business, guess what happens? You get more no’s as you get more yeses; and the two are inextricably tied and you can’t get away from the no’s. The no’s will always exist. So, what does that mean? We have to embrace the no’s to get more yeses."
Ready to get bulletproof and face rejection head-on all while building drastic momentum in your business? Listen in as Natalie illustrates the power of releasing our attachment to yes and embracing that dreaded word—no—through one of her client success stories, as well as her three steps to closing more customers!

"Just start. Build it. It doesn’t have to be perfect. What matters more is the content that’s actually in it rather than the prettiness factor, the perfect factor, or being uber-professional."
There are two radically different ways that people typically approach trying to build their business. The first (and unfortunately the most common) is what Natalie calls “The Loch Ness Monster” route, which sooner or later saps you of your time and makes you hate what you do.
In this episode, Natalie shares what it takes to build your business the other way: the right way—a way that buys back your time; allows you to make a big, lasting impact on the lives of other people; and lets you energetically enjoy running your own business.
"Energy is something that I truly believe is going to make the biggest difference in your business."
Listen in as Natalie does a deep dive into these two divergent paths toward building a business from both a structural and energetic standpoint.

Welcome to the Grow Your Impact podcast with Natalie Santa Rosa! Learn not only how she came to coach online business owners in the nutrition space but also the WHY behind this all-new podcast!
Natalie reflects back on her decision in the Spring of 2018 to quit her marketing corporate job. Her reason? Simply put, she hated it and was on a mission to fully own her life and career. The problem? She had no clue what she would actually do.
She would eventually put her particular expertise to good use and build a platform dedicated to coaching other entrepreneurs looking to up their marketing game, specifically in the nutrition space. However, it was a long road to get there.
Listen in as Natalie goes into her lessons learned in the four months it took for her to get her first client (and not for lack of trying!), how she was able to have her first $50k month with only 1400 followers on IG, and how you can use your own unique voice to attract clients like a magnet while scaling your business rapidly.
