He holds Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Professional Engineering License. His career spans various STEM-related fields, where he recognized the industry's competitiveness and became a mentor to aspiring professionals.
Currently, Ricky is the Senior IT Associate and Director of the Leadership Development Program at Hartman Executive Advisors. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience and leadership skills to drive IT innovation and develop future leaders.
Today, he’s going to talk about developing processes and procedures, building and inspiring teams to achieve record goals, and providing tangible steps to fulfilling big -picture viewpoints.
