Paul is the Co-Founder of the Ludic Group - a virtual flexibel company he build 15 years ago with the goal to design a better way of working. In 15 years, only 5 people resigned - what makes this new way of working special? How to build such a company? What do we need for the future of work?

Was können wir tun, um in Deutschland Chancengleichheit zu verbessern? Was bedeutet Chancengleichheit überhaupt? Darüber habe ich mit Natalya Nepomnyashcha gesprochen. Sie ist selbst in Kiew geboren und dann in einem sozialen Brennpunkt in Bayern aufgewachsen. Natalya hat erlebt, mit wie vielen Hürden ein sozialer Aufstieg in Deutschland verbunden sein kann. Auch deshalb hat sie 2016 Netzwerk Chancen gegründet, um sich für Chancengleichheit in Deutschland einzusetzen.
