This week on the podcast I am joined on the podcast by Tara Newbigging from Canmore, Alberta. She is the founder of BooTy and Studio B and you may remember Tara from all the way back in season 1. I had the pleasure of chatting with Tara as one of my very first episodes that I did for M.B.Om, and on that episode we talked all about how she stepped outside of the box to create her own fitness brand, BooTy.
