Growing Against My Will

In this episode I'll discuss how I have recently realized how we might adopt a wrong approach to positivity. Is it better that we being positive as a habit?

Do I love my hair or have I just learned to accept it and merely manage it?

Sometimes it feels like in order to forge a connection we need to know everything about the other person. Is this necessary?

YESSSSS!!! I'm back and today we are going to have quite a messy episode, we will be speaking about habits, beginnings, situations and how important and helpful it is to not take them personally.

Finally! This is the recap of things that I've learned this year. It's been a very interesting and hard year for me personally and these have been more less the elements that have allowed me to cope and grow in 2021.

how can we find and keep balance?

How often do we subtly set ourselves to failure? How important it is for us to acknowledge the way our brain reacts, perceives and processes certain things?

Sometimes we focus on a problem just when it has reached a critical point. In this episode I'll discuss the importance of addressing and analyzing the process or processes that have lead us to that point.

Can we create what we believe and our own opinions? Or are we just all influenced and molded by everyone and everything around us?

We live in a fast paced world full of distractions. Therefore, most of us have grown overstimulated which is dangerous since it's easier to become distracted from actually living and what's truly going on in front of our eyes.
