We know that being in constant growth is the only way of reaching our highest potential. We learned the importance of moving through our grief, why grief matters, and the importance of flowing with the tide when we are undergoing lots of pain. We also learned that thinking that time heals everything is a mistake and that we won't heal unless we allow grief to flow through us. Today, we look at two new elements of growth, release and replace. I have a confession to make; something I caught myself doing, something that stopped my growth for a moment. 


In this episode, we talk about releasing the old and negative and replacing them with the new and positive; we talk about being connected to our inner awareness, to our true self. We explore the consequences of being separated from ourselves and the benefits of being connected. We also dive deep into what I've learned from my attitude and response to a recent incident. In addition, I share four simple yet powerful tips to stay connected.
