Independence Blue Cross recently has partnered with Dedicated Senior Center (a subsidiary of ChenMed) , which is a leading primary care provider offering personalized and affordable services that improve health for low-income seniors. Dr. Syropoulos of Independence and Dr. Schayes of ChenMed sat down with Matt Cabrey, Executive Director of Select Greater Philadelphia, a council of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, about how their partnerships allows for seniors to receive personal, one-on-one care. They describe how their centers provide a welcoming place where seniors have fun and are given extended face-time with doctors in order to provide the best possible care.
