What does it really mean to follow Jesus? It’s not that we don’t want to become like Jesus, or that we aren’t trying to become like Jesus.
It often is as simple as that we don’t know HOW to become like Jesus. We need a pathway to formation in today's world. As we move through the season of the Lent, the 40 days and 7 Sundays before Easter, we will explore what it means to practice the way of Jesus, learning together what it means to be with Jesus, become like him, and do as he did. During this series we also will provide resources and opportunities for you to join a group and use John Mark Comer's book, Practicing the Way of Jesus. Following the way of Jesus will transform our lives and hearts, helping us find meaning and purpose as we seek to be the presence of Jesus Christ in the world.
