In this episode, we uncover the four stages of a toxic relationship with a man. It begins with Love Bombing, where overwhelming affection and attention quickly pull you in. Then comes Mimicking, as he mirrors your interests, routines, and lifestyle to gain deeper control. Over time, this shifts into Resentment, where your personality is criticized, compared, or diminished. Finally, the mask slips and the cycle turns to Abuse — verbal, emotional, neglectful, and in some cases physical.

By understanding these stages, you gain the clarity to break free, the strength to heal, and the wisdom to choose healthier, more loving connections in the future.
