hello there loves, today we are having a little chat about how you can add some self-discipline into your life while still being soulful about it. we all think of self-discipline as being a harsh and rigid way of getting ourselves to do the little tasks on our to-do. when I used to try and get myself to have more discipline I always found it to be so miserable, so I've come up with a few ways in which you can be more disciplined and get what you need to do done but also with a soulful approach. Hey there lovelies. I hope you are all okay, today we are going talking all about how to deal with comparison. So, we all know that comparison is the act of comparing yourself to another person. Mainly in order to put ourselves down. Now, I don’t know about you guys but comparison has long been a pain in my backside. It’s a weapon I’ve used against myself more times than I can ever remember. The thing about comparison though is that it can be triggered by absolutely anything. I can be scrolling through Instagram, see a photo of a beautiful woman and instantly compare myself to her and put myself down because I don’t look like her. Or I can be going through someone’s YouTube and get jealous of how amazing their life looks and how much I’d like to live that life. Over the last few years I’ve been really trying to crush comparison in order to start living a happier life.
