This episode is very important to us as we have a raw and real conversation with Rob about his experience growing up black in Canada. We wanted to have an open and honest discussion about all the injustice that black individuals are experiencing globally, and we were lucky to have Rob on to get his perspective through his experiences. It is time to speak out against all the uncomfortable topics that we have been avoiding and take action. The time is now.
