It is hard to imagine life before social media, and Gen and T actually knew that world, well at least as kids… Growing up in the development of social media and the massive technology boom of the last 20-30 years has formed many of their social interactions since they were teens when Facebook became popular. Today, they would like to compare our experiences and relationships with social media.

Lately, T and Gen have both been feeling nostalgic about their past selves.  Thinking about how far they have come has spurred thoughts about what they wish they had known at the beginning of their adult journeys.  Hindsight is always 2020, and perhaps some of you out there can learn from their experiences.

A new year means a fresh start. As many of us go back to work and school, we may be looking for new ways to get our lives back together after the holiday rush. This can be for goal setting, tracking to-do lists, or even recording our experiences throughout the year.

It seems that some people have an easier time keeping up with these organizational tools, and others try for a short stint and give up. Today T ad Gen discuss their experiences with various methods of journaling and life organization.

There are many facets to the core concepts of the holidays, but it seems that we often get stuck on presents. Of course, there are different kinds of gifts, such as home-made or extremely heart-felt ones, but many of us buy presents out of obligation. We would argue this is part of what makes this time of year so stressful. Today T and Gen would like to explore the concept of gift giving and how it ties to the capitalist nature of society.
