Making connections outside of your lane aka profession is so important. These relationships can drive opportunities that drive success and growth for any aspirations you may have up your career driven sleeve. Reciprocity is indeed the vibe, invest in that as often as you pay your bills.

Regardless of the grind, being a parent in the thick of things can be a wild ride. Leverage everything resource available to improve your circumstances. Doing it all on your own isn't possible so invest your growth by establishing a necessary community of support along your parental journey.

Networking can be so uncomfortable if you're not the most extraverted but it's indeed important. Improve your ability to connect, create opportunities everywhere, introduce yourself and find the reciprocal value of exchanging contact.

To stay and disengage or leave without an ounce of grace...? that is indeed the question when it comes to leaving a company and pursuing your next opportunity.

Don't be scared to show up and invest in your personal branding. It's important not to neglect this part of the grind, it's so important to your next steps and create opportunities you didn't think we're an option.

It can be a hectic winding road getting to your goals that might require a couple jobs, a few passions and a hustle or two. Remind yourself of the importance of the grind and what motivates you in the thick of it all.

It can get a lil hectic having big dreams and taking a few huge leaps in your professional and personal growth. It can be absolutely unnerving but totally fulfilling ....being a fearless Doer is absolutely necessary.
