This episode I am discussing the points Bojean is making to the government about the enticement of Jerhonda. Jerhonda's age and the elements not being met to suffice the Racketeering quota. I also get into Jane and her mother text messages. Bojean is showing that infact Jane did not seduce R. Kelly but rather she was contacted by her mother posing as the 17 year old. This is hard to read ... enjoy..

This episode I discuss and read the appeal. Jerhonda and Stephanie are the two victims discussed. In the case of Stephanie, R. Kelly lawyer is claiming there was no video evidence and so forth. In the case of Jerhonda, R. Kelly lawyer is claiming that a cell phone cannot be used to induce and entice Jerhonda. She also claim that Jerhonda, even at her age was not induced by R. Kelly. Amazing..
In Chapter 1 the argument is, The (Enterprise Charges) against R. Kelly is a farse. Mr. Kelly's Lawyer contends that the racketeering charge was intended for the use of Organized crime and mobsters and should not be used in a sex crime case. She further argues that the goverment did not prove all of the elements of the Rico. I give my opinion of those arguments. Like the Podcast and subscribe.
