From my TikTok channel @grownrebel - anger is a constant struggle for me but I've made a concerted effort not to let people manipulate me anymore. This is how I deal with anger. 

Someone needs to hear this today. 

According to a viral video, onions can be used to absorb germs in your house.   But of course, that would put a lot of people out of business, so there are no official studies to back it up.   Does this mean they don't work?   Nope. It means you need to be skeptical. Research studies mean nothing. They're a scam, like anything else regulated by the government.  Cut up red onions and put them around your house, replacing every two days. No, it won't make your house smell like onions.. not for long at least. I've done it, and the smell isn't overpowering.   Don't touch the onions, they're full of germs. So be careful when you dispose of them.

In August 2021, less than five minutes after deleting a video about a traumatic experience in my life that occurred over 20 years ago, the house where I lived at that time appeared on my for you page on TikTok.   I don't believe this was a coincidence.

Introduction to my podcast. I would love to stay in one niche, but it's probably not gonna happen. Although I know about a lot of things, my mental health limits me. I'm going to use this podcast as a social experiment. Fifteen to 30 minutes per day I'm going to record whatever I feel like talking about.
