When I think of one kind act that I did today, however small, I know I am moving forward in life...The power to change anything in my life lies in my own mind. I choose to let go of self-defeating attitudes and replace them with positive thoughts.. Every moment, I am becoming more loving, more considerate of others, more generous, and more filled with positive thoughts...there is nothing I cannot do it I put my mind to it...The future awaits my dreams and the Blue print for success that I now create with my positive thoughts...I keep score of my success by measuring how much I love, not by how many things I acquire...I try my best to be kind and gentle in every situation, and I am becoming more loving every moment.. thank you God for everything...

My ability to stay in the moment fills me with a constant stream of positive energy... Focusing on what I am doing helps me slip into the timelessness of pure creativity...My mind is clean and pure, open to all good things... Focusing on the present helps me explore the mysterious reality beneath my everyday thoughts and distractions...one of the greatest gifts of the universe is my clear, present awareness...I am capable of living in the perfect calm that I see in nature...my mind is ready and willing to let go of all thoughts...This moment, I clear my mind of anger, sadness, anxiety, envy, frustration, cynicism, worry, and regret. My attention is on the present, and I am keenly aware of every sound, and colour around me...There is no limit to the adventure and discovery that do awaits me within...I fully accept that this moment is the only reality that exists...

There is nothing more precious than the love I feel in my heart right now. Every day, I am greatful to be alive and pause to appreciate and simply behold the moment. I morning, I renew my commitment to focus on the present. With practice, my mind is becoming clearer, and it is easier to reach this state of just being...I practice mindful communication, which is closer to living in the moment than listening and thinking to myself at the same time. This form of of listening is deeply respectful and honors others...

I am Abundant...I am Calm...I am Centred...I am loving Being...I am a wise being...In my life Happiness and inner peace is above everything...I am always focused on the moment, which allows me to work, Play and live with relaxed Passion...My Ideas and creativity thrive when I am clearly focused in the present...There is only this moment, right now. The quality that I bring to it defines the quality of my life...I approach everything I do centred, focused attention on the present, and enjoy great joy and success. I surrender to the reality, that life is exactly as it should be in this moment...I close my eyes and feel the joy of being alive in this moment...

I am Calm...I am Happy...I am Enthusiastic...I will learn from everyone...I will make Abundance flow in to my life...My life is full of richness and beauty because I am connected to my soul and see the divine in all things...I receive peace, strength and wisdom abundantly...I am deliberate listener, pausing to reflect before responding...My balance of mind and soul allows me to tap into the unlimited potential of the universe...All my actions match my good intentions...My life is perfectly synchronised. I am in tune with my higher self and with the world around me...I am flowing in the stream of Divine energy...I allow love and acceptance to flow freely from myself...I am Abundant, money flows to me from many sources...

I am growing more and more attractive every day...My body is healing and regenerating itself everyday. I now see myself filled with Health, Energy & Enthusiasm...The more energy I use, the more energy I have... I create good Health Habits quickly and easily...Now I am Healthy.. My healing thoughts are now going deep into my subconscious mind and bringing total continuous healing to my body...I am relaxed and filled with peace of mind...My Health, energy and vitality are increasing everyday...I am greatful for my Limitless inner resources...I have the discipline to move forward toward my dreams with confidence and joy...Thank you God for everything...

I am Happy...I am Joyful...I am enthusiastic...I am calm...I am centred...Day by Day in every way I am becoming most and more Healthy Wealthy loving Blissful in every walks of my life...I am greatful for all that I have and for all my Blessings...I take time to rejuvenate myself in silence...My quite mind is the foundation of my inner peace...When my head is free of concerns and annoyances, I can do every task with more energy and efficiency...My mind is capable of much more than thinking, worrying and remembering...thank you God for everything...

I am greatful for all that I have and all good things waiting to reach me...I am filed with abundance of Health Wealth Happiness love Peace prosperity...I am now absolutely clear about the specific results I want is every area of my life...I now my future my present. My future is now. I now delegate tasks that do not require my direct attention and focus to other people...I now carefully measure and manage my progress towards my desired results everyday...I am now highly flexible I carefully monitor the results that I am getting and quickly adjust my actions until I receive the specific results I desire...I increase my hunger and desire to achieve my goals everyday...I now prepare a result oriented daily plan every evening for the following day...I now create magic moments for myself, my family and friends...thank you God for everything...

I am wise being... Today I will not stress over things I can't control...I understand that we are what we allow us to become... Every day and in every way I'm getting better and better... Whatever I imagine I can do ...I create my own luck everyday...I give myself permission to see the best in myself and in my life...I recognise my power to overcome any obstacles in my life...
