Two things about most solopreneurs: First, they struggle – to some degree – with fear. That can be fear of failure, and for some, it can be fear of success. And, second, many solopreneurs report that – in the beginning – they have trouble getting traction, and getting the business up and running, which is why most businesses fail.

Have you ever wondered why – when you need pick a font or a color, or decide which platform to use, and any of the many other decisions you need to make as a business owner – you need some time to think things over, maybe do a little research, or think it’d be best to check in and ask what people in your Facebook group thinks you should do, and another person just has no time or patience to do all that, and they just start on the project? Well, today, it’s all about the Action Types.

Early this morning, everything started getting weird. No really, crazy weird. And, this weirdness has been going on – and amping up for at least a week now. Am I worried about it? No. Do I think it’s happening for a reason? Yes, yes I do. So, if you’re experiencing something like this, too, I want to explain why that might be happening.

I wish I wasn’t so passionate, informed, and knowledgeable about today’s topic, but I am. And, today’s topic is about struggle. That’s inner struggle, mental struggle, or a knee-jerk kind of struggle, all of it. I know struggle inside and out, and claim to have been almost (unknowingly) addicted to it. And, I thought today would be a great time to chat about it.

I don’t like using this word, but it’s the right word for this episode, so I’ll just say it. Anxiety. Today is about how we can have an anxious mind, and how it affects our work, or as I know from personal experience, it has definitely affected my work.
