The main goal of a women Solopreneur, and for anybody really, is to always be moving forward. You know, growing into who you're becoming. Building and utilizing your purpose. Living with passion. But, unfortunately, for most of us, one obstacle – whether it's hidden or obvious -- can keep us at a standstill, and unable to move forward, and that is the last thing you want. I've been there myself, and I found a way to keep moving forward whenever my pesky obstacle showed up, and I'd love to share that with you today.

This is something I personally struggle with, but I learned how to cope, and now I can get going on my solo work and make stuff happen.

I came up with something I call "Solo Time", and I've got time grouped into 3 different types. Solo Time was created out of necessity because I had to set up boundaries for when I worked, and how much I worked, and it also helps me not feel guilty for when I don't work.
