In this episode, I reflect on my break from my podcast and business and how that served me. I also discuss the ways that we are a conscious observer of our thoughts and feelings and how to recognize those things and use them to guide us as opposed to becoming absorbed and limited by them.

In the last episode, we talked about some ways that our energy and vibration can affect others and how what we are consuming can affect us. In this episode, we talk about how to shift from a lower vibrational energy into a higher one. I go over 7 ways that you can practice shifting your energy. This list is not exhaustive, there are so many ways to shift our energy. The first step is always to be mindful of how you feel and consciously choosing and practicing things that make us feel good. 

In this episode, I talk about how our filters affect the way we perceive and respond to the world. 

I also talk about how our attitudes and behaviors on a digital and physical space can affect others and how we can protect ourselves and our energy.
