Why haven't we done a podcast in almost 3 months? I guess you'll have to listen to find out!  Thanks to a long overdue happy hour, an impromptu podcast was born. Maybe the convo is better with no real plan and 3 margaritas in...or maybe not...join us for a real conversation on what's been happening in our lives and the vibe of this school year so far.

What a f$c&*n# year this was man!  The pandemic brought so many lessons for both experienced and new teachers and Minke and Molina are here to enlighten you...Insert eye roll here, because we are the last people that you should be allowed to give life advice. If you can get past the 5 min ADHD intro, this is an episode we are really proud to present and we hope it helps you finish your school year strong and also gives you a few things to reflect upon. 

Another special guest edition! (The one Molina has been waiting for.) We get to chat with an Elementary school teacher about all the differences in teaching "the littles" and "the big kids".  This amazing teacher, who used to be Minke's student, teaches first grade and we had the best time hearing the different perspectives.  So tune in and "focus up"...holy moly, guacamole!   

Yeah you know me!  Minke and Molina finally get back together to talk about Professional Development...and get to catch up on the craziness life has been the past couple of weeks.  (Oh how we've missed each other.)  Please join us for our somewhat unprofessional views of PD and exchange time including stories of the good, bad, and ugly.   

We are honored and humbled to have two of the "GOAT"s in the Art world join us for a chat...Jay Asp and Lauren Horn!  Yes...it is an extra long edition. Yes...we will talk over each other.  And yes...we will learn so much from one another and have a wonderful afternoon getting to see what their lives are like in the teaching game.  Please join us for all the fun at "the cool kids table."

Taking a "sick day" as a teacher is more trouble than it's worth sometimes.  As if the time put in to planning for a substitute teacher isn't bad enough, the report from the teacher and/or students when you return is sometimes worse.  Pour yourself a drink and join Minke and Molina for singing, laughing, and sharing all things related to our experiences with being absent from school.  In fact, why don't you call in sick to have a listen ;)
