On this weeks episode we have Justin Davis on the show! 

Justin is the CEO of Spectrum Labs, an organisation focused on mitigating online hate speech, making the internet a safer and more valuable place for everyone. More importantly, he’s someone who has made mistakes in the past, learned from them, and evolved into a better human because of them. 

Justin started his career on the sales floor at BestBuy, dropped out of college to pursue a career in tech sales and went on become the CEO of his own company, Spectrum Labs. He’s gotten to this point thanks to a growth mindset and the innate ability to use the low points in life as a launching pad to greater things.
