Its Be.Human's 1 year podcast anniversary! Briana and Kevin celebrate the journey, discuss what it's like to record virtually and literally hundreds of miles away, and how the podcast has impacted the folks who listen. Justin is the CEO of Spectrum Labs, an organisation focused on mitigating online hate speech, making the internet a safer and more valuable place for everyone. More importantly, he’s someone who has made mistakes in the past, learned from them, and evolved into a better human because of them.
Justin started his career on the sales floor at BestBuy, dropped out of college to pursue a career in tech sales and went on become the CEO of his own company, Spectrum Labs. He’s gotten to this point thanks to a growth mindset and the innate ability to use the low points in life as a launching pad to greater things.
Huge thanks to Justin for being vulnerable and speaking openly about the challenges he’s faced, understanding his triggers and focusing on what makes you happy by developing a “to-feel” list. Make sure to tune in and share with a friend or family member!
