We talk a lot about growth on our podcast, not just personal but business growth as well. Hopefully by now you understand that our business will only grow as much as we grow as individuals along this journey of business ownership. Today I wanted to talk about the concept of growth valleys within our business. Growth is not made in a linear fashion.

There are peaks and valleys throughout the process. As long as you’re always growing, there is progress. One of the best things that you can do is recognize that there will always be ups and downs without avoiding the inevitable valleys. So what do we do if we can’t run away from that?
