Khairul is currently a Co-Founder of Hubreno Pte Ltd, a social commerce mobile application startup platform for the Home and Living Industry. This 3rd Circuit Breaker Series, we invited Darren Quek, Founder of Forest School Singapore who talks about Ways of how parents can engage their children during Covid-19. Darren is the Principal of Forest School Singapore. He is a certified Forest School Level 3 Practitioner by the UK Open Awards Certification Body. He understudies a Sensei who is part of Japanese Forest Kindergarten that has been around for more than 35 years, since 2015. Before Forest School, Darren was the Head of Physical Development for Nurture Education Group managing the sports program for 30 staff, 12 centres and 1000 over children. He also spent 2 years understudying an Occupational Therapist with 20 years experience in working with Special Needs children. All the experience and training had led him to the realization of the absolute importance of bringing nature learning into a human being&life, as nature is the root of all our existence. This Circuit breaker series episode 2, we invited Izwan Jalil, the new addition to our Grundy Academy Team and who is now with Pengurusan Jenazah Sinaran Baru to talk about Funeral Management in Singapore during this Covid-19 situation and his experience meeting and interacting with family members whom have lost their loved ones. He also supports PJSB to provide Live Streaming Services for the family members to be able to see the funeral service being taken place, due to the restrictions currently where only 10 members are allowed to be there during the burial. Izwan's passion in the Social Service Sector and social work made him found his purpose in mentoring Youth At risks, school leavers as well as vulnerable families who needs support via monetary,in kind or even counselling services.
