Bringing #innovation into a large company can be a really challenge. But that is exactly what #intrapreneurs do.
On of the reasons why it is such a big problem or challenge are the experts. There are simply too many that block the innovation by saying NO. Not directly, but they will come up with all kinds of reasons why it is not allowed, why it can not work, why it simply can not be.
The intrapreneur on the other hand has to continuously defend hem or herself against all these attacks and surges of negative energy.
So here is an idea: why not turn the world upside down. Why not systemize or bureacratize the No-saying instead of the intrapreneurship !
It might make company a lot more dynamic but it definitely will make the work of the intrapreneur a lot easier.
