Loneliness is felt by so many people today. So much so, some say it is a pandemic. But what can we do about it? In this episode we talk a little bit on loneliness and what we can do about it.

People try finding value and worth in so many people or activities. Reason being is we struggle with realizing that we have value and worth. So many people think they don't have value or worth but Christmas shows us something else. Christmas, the birth of Jesus shows us that we do have value.
